The Collaborative School Committee

The McKinley-Thatcher Collaborative School Committee (CSC) is composed of nine representatives from various groups in the school community, including three parent representatives, three teacher representatives, one classified staff employee, one community business representative, and the school administrator. The CSC meets monthly to oversee student achievement and school climate and to monitor the School Improvement Plan. Center. Public imput is always scheduled during the first 15 minutes of the meeting if a member of the community would like to speak to a concern.

The CSC will have two open seats for parent representatives for the 2008-2009 school year. Please contact the new Principal, Brette Scott, at 303 777-8816 or brette_scott@dpsk12.org if you are interested in serving on the CSC for a two year term beginning in August of 2008.
