Kim Hollingsworth has worked in Denver Public Schools for thirty years. She has held a variety of roles including special education, regular education and administration. Her passion is working with students who have special needs and she is currently serving in that role. This is her second year at McKinley-Thatcher.
Kim grew up in rural Michigan and moved west to begin her college career. She lived in northern California for a few years before moving to Colorado. She is a proud graduate of Metro State and University of Colorado at Denver. She hopes that her many years in education have had a positive impact on her students’ growth and achievement.
