Class Picture Day Is Next Thursday, 4/15!

Just a reminder that our Class Picture Day is next Thursday, April 15! Please read the information relevant to your family below. Please note: if your student participated in our first semester drive-thru school portrait service: you can access their photo gallery by clicking here and scrolling to the bottom of the page.

In-Person Students

  • In-person students will take class pictures during school hours on Thursday, April 15. 
  • In-person students who did not take an individual portrait during our first semester photo drive-thru will also have their individual pictures taken during school hours. 
  • We are NOT offering photo retakes for students who did take a school portrait first semester.

100% Remote Students

  • 100% remote students will NOT be able to participate in in-person class pictures. Instead, we will include a digital class photo for 100% remote students in the yearbook. More info on this will be shared later.
  • 100% remote students who did not take a school portrait during our photo drive-thru in first semester will be able to sign up for a  drive-thru portrait from 2:30pm to 3:30pm on Thursday, April 15. Please check your email for an invitation to sign up or call us at (720) 424-5605 for more info. 
  • We are NOT offering photo retakes for students who did take a school portrait first semester.

To Our Families Who Observe Ramadan

To support our students and families who observe Ramadan, our school is:

  • Offering a private space during lunchtime for students who are fasting.
  • Making alternative activities available in PE and recess for students who are fasting. 
  • Increasing awareness among our staff and community about Ramadan.

Extra News 

  • Donation request: families, our main office is in need of bottled water to share with students who don’t have their own reusable bottles. We’re also looking for a small number of new backpacks as we recently handed out our last one! If you are able to help out, please bring donations to our front door. Thank you!
  • Mark your calendars for our upcoming PTA fundraisers:
  • Our April CSC meeting is next Thursday, 4/15, 5:00pm to 6:00pm. We’ll share our Zoom meeting link on ClassDojo on the day of.
  • Registration for next year’s 2021-2022 Discovery Link after-school program opens on Monday, 4/12! We’re hoping to offer a before-school option next year, too. This is dependent on how many families are interested in morning programming. Please visit the Discovery Link website for more information and to begin your registration!
