Parents, guardians, staff, and other adult community members are cordially invited to celebrate and support our incredible school by joining us for our 2024 school auction, Shine, with options for both online and in-person participation!

Online Auction

6:00pm on Friday, February 23 to 8:00pm on Friday, March 1

Hosted digitally on Auctria!

The online portion of our PTA’s annual auction fundraiser opens at 6:00pm on Friday, February 23 and runs until 8:00pm on Friday, March 1!

We have many items from our community available for bidding — all to support our school — including gift cards, talents and services from McT parents, vacations, and our TEACHER TREASURES!

Auction proceeds help the McKinley-Thatcher PTA support critical educational initiatives at our school!

Shine, Live Auction & Party

Friday, March 1, 7:00pm to 10:00pm

Grown-ups are invited to join us for our live auction event from 7:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday, March 1 at Moss Denver, with appetizers, drinks, and fun!

Share Your Skills, Talents, & Other Auction Items Until 2/9!

Our PTA auction committee is looking for auction items! This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and we need you all to help make it a success! We love highlighting the incredible talents of our community, and would appreciate adding handmade items or sharing a skill. Whatever it is you have to give, we’re so grateful!

We’re happy to take donations until February 9, and request donation items in hand by February 14 so we can get them posted to our auction site.

Donate to the Auction Wine Pull Until 2/21!

Our PTA auction committee is collecting bottles of wine for the auction wine pull!

On Tuesday, February 13, auction volunteers will be at various locations on the sidewalk just outside of our school grounds to collect bottle donations during morning drop-off!

(Please note, we cannot accept donations of alcohol on school grounds, so find our friendly volunteers just on the edges!)

Can’t drop off your wine donations on February 13? Text Erin at (303) 947-7845 to arrange a porch drop-off on a different day. Donations are welcome through Wednesday, February 21.

Day-Of Volunteers Needed on 3/1!

Our PTA auction committee is looking for volunteers to help out with the live event on Friday, March 1! They need assistance with setup, registration, and cleanup. If you can help support our biggest fundraiser of the year, please sign up here!
