It’s Time to Buy Auction Tickets!

Tickets for our PTA’s live auction are now available at auctria.events/flourishmct2023!

BONUS OFFER: Buy at the “Sponsor a Staff” or “Auction + Donation” level between now and March 17 and you will be entered to win 2 tickets for Besos de Mezcal at La Doña on March 27. This is a special event that includes a 5-course dinner, 3 cocktail pairings & 3 neat mezcal pours ($250 value!!).

Donate to the Auction Wine Pull!

PTA is holding a Wine Pull at our auction on April 14, and they need donations of bottles of wine priced from $10 to $100! Tickets to participate in the Pull will be sold during the April 14 event and through the online auction, too.

REMINDER:
Class Picture Day Is Next Monday, March 13!

We are holding our Class Picture Day with Bloom School Pictures this coming Monday, March 13! Bloom will take group pictures of all our classes and their teachers between 7:55am and 9:30am.

All picture ordering, including late orders of our fall students portraits, will take place online through Bloom’s website. We will share information in our weekly newsletter and on ClassDojo when class pictures are ready to be ordered!

Please note that families will need their student’s school ID number to access picture ordering. If you don’t have your student’s ID number, visit studentidretrieval.dpsk12.org or call our office at (720) 424-5600.

  • A reminder that our March Collaborative School Committee (CSC) meeting is next Tuesday, March 14 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on Google Meet! Join us to help plan a budget town hall event with DPS and to discuss our budget priorities. Check ClassDojo for our meeting link!

  • Mark your calendars: we have NO SCHOOL from Monday, March 27 to Monday, April 3 for our Spring Break! School resumes on Tuesday, April 4.

  • Our PTA is looking for help to make a promotional video for our auction, to collect final auction donations, and to find board members for next school year! For more information, and to help out, please see the March PTA meeting minutes.
