McKinley-Thatcher Elementary does not condone or tolerate discrimination or harassment based on protected class, and strives to create learning and working environments that are truly affirming and inclusive. Our prohibition on discrimination and harassment extends to students and adults for admission, employment, and day-to day-operations. Through enforcement of clear policy and regulations, McKinley-Thatcher seeks to prevent and correct all discriminatory behavior, and break historical patterns of inequity – not by accident, but by design.
