Jenny Morgenthaler is in her 18th year of teaching, and was formerly the music teacher at McKinley-Thatcher for four years. She missed the wonderful students, staff and community, and is thrilled to be back to teach art! Jenny has been a life-long artist, and enjoys any kind of art she can get her hands on, including drawing, illustrating, painting, and hand lettering. She recently went back to school to get her art teaching certification, and is in her second year teaching art. She loves seeing the imagination and creativity of elementary school artists.

Jenny lives with her husband and two wheaten terriers, and also loves to be in nature, tend a big vegetable garden, cook, and ride her bike.

Her former music students know her as “Mrs. Morgenthaler”, but now she goes by Ms. Jenny.
