This is Ms. Hoffmann’s second year at McKinley-Thatcher teaching 4th grade literacy, and her fifth year teaching 3rd and 4th grade with DPS. Before that, Ms. Hoffmann taught 5th grade literacy in Washington, D.C. for four years.

Ms. Hoffmann grew up in Massachusetts as the middle child and loved playing outside as a kid. When she’s not at school, Ms. Hoffmann loves hiking, camping, skiing and reading!
